Event Organiser

Oslo Innovation Week is Norway's most important meeting place for innovation – and one of Northern Europe's most internationally connected startup events.

Every October, thousands of founders, investors, corporates and talent converge in Oslo to build relationships, close deals and shape what comes next. In 2025, OIW brought together 15,000 participants from 40 countries, with 404 VCs in attendance.

You’re invited to join us

This year, OIW introduces a more focused programme structure. A curated Main Programme of up to 20 flagship events is complemented by an open Side Programme — where the wider ecosystem is invited, as always, to apply to host events during OIW week.

As a Side Programme organiser, you run your own event under the OIW umbrella. Here's what that means in practice.

What's in it for you?

Visibility Get your event in front of the thousands of attendees, investors, founders and talent who engage with Oslo Innovation Week each year. In 2025, OIW brought together 15,000 attendees from 40 countries, with 26% travelling from abroad.

Association with OIW By being listed on oiw.no and using the OIW branding toolkit, your event is clearly associated with Norway's most important meeting place for innovation — giving you the reach and recognition of OIW while running your own independent event.
